Dr. Mabrey resides in Southern Illinois. VMC serves the animal industry as well as the legal community
throughout the continental United States, providing medicolegal consulting, and equine related
expert testimony.

Dr. Mabrey maintains his Washington State Veterinary license and keeps abreast of issues
that are important to veterinarians and to the animal industry.
Combined with his law degree, Dr. Mabrey's experience and expertise
uniquely qualifies for consulting in the areas of veterinary medical disputes,
facility risk management, purchase and sale contracts and negotiations,
transaction escrow services, and settlement facilitation.
In addition, Dr. Mabrey's credential make him uniquely qualified to
provide medicolegal consultation and expert testimony to the criminal
defense bar as well as to the civil bar in animal-related civil litigation.
